Big Power Yoga

Find Zen (Lord knows we need it these days) and recover from another day spent hunched at that makeshift at-home office setup with classes via Zoom. In addition to the power flow, devotional, and guided meditation classes led by instructors from the Montrose- and Memorial-based yoga studios, BIG also offers an online version of its popular 40 Day: Activate program that promises “unprecedented levels of aliveness, fulfillment, power and ease,” just in time for the next lockdown., from $22.

Terry the Trainer App

Terry Williams, founder of GOOF’s The League, brings his killer circuit training workouts to your living room with this custom app that takes a big-picture approach to health and fitness (and doesn’t require equipment). Crystal Wall Fitness

Twerk, pose, and dance your way to a better bod (and mood) with Crystal Wall, owner of Mixfitz Studio and wife to Houston’s own Paul Wall, whose high-energy, Zumba-based classes get you moving to the likes of Queen Bey and Megan Thee Stallion. Stream her #MFTurnUp sessions from the comfort of your own home Mondays through Saturdays without the fear of anyone judging your moves. But, for best results, be sure to still follow Wall’s number one rule: “Leave it all on the floor.” @crystalwallfitness on Instagram and Facebook, from $5.

DEFINE on Demand

The online portal from Houston’s swankiest fitness studio brings luxury workouts to your home, even if you’re being bougie on a budget.
