Executive Chef Nirman Shah is the proud owner and chef of Nirmanz Food Boutique. Chef Nirman was born in Maharashtra, India and always had a creative mind and a love for the film industry. His passion for movies and dedication to the arts of culinary, beautifully come together in his upscale cinema themed restaurant that gives you a taste  of the authentic mouth watering food found in the streets of India. 

Trained in the Rambagh Palace of Jaipur, India, Chef has a degree in Hotel Management and Food Technology. Before arriving in the U.S., Shah working in famous Rambagh Palace Hotel in Jaipur, a former residence of Maharaja of Jaipur and now a luxury Taj Palace Hotel. After immigrating over to the United States, Chef spent a little over a decade in New Jersey before deciding to move to the south and permanently call the city of Houston his home. As of now, Chef Nirman has been living in this amazing city for one and a half decade and couldn’t be more grateful for the love he’s received from the community.

Chef’s beloved restaurant is run by his pillar of a family that consists of his wife, Niyati Shah, and his three beautiful daughters, Manushi, Aayushi and Sreyanshi Shah. Everyone who knows the restaurant, knows the faces of his family as they’re always present in welcoming their guests. Nirmanz Food Boutique is located in the populated heart of Sugar Land, Texas.
