It’s fall. Pumpkin spice lattes are dancing in sorority girls' heads, Halloween décor is dominating every big box store, and all your favorite shops are bursting with sweaters, jackets, and pants. It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Soon you’ll need to crank on the heat. Before that happens, stock up on these gorgeous fall items so you can look the part.
Burgundy Everything
There is something about a wine-hued pair of pants that makes me swoon. It’s an impactful color that screams fall. FALL. Like that. Lucky for us, this season is abounding with burgundy goodness.

Bare Ankles
Ankle pants are having a moment. Nearly every silhouette you see hits that sweet spot right at the ankle bone, exposing just enough naked skin to make a Victorian faint. More importantly, it will also show off the (hopefully) interesting shoes you're wearing.

Oxford Circus
Step right up or, rather, right into one of the most foot-friendly shoe trends to grace a runway: the oxford. Menswear-inspired and crazy dapper, they can be worn with jeans and a T-shirt for a casual look or dressed up with a midi skirt, silk blouse, and blazer. Either way: damn fine.
