Republic Diner + Sojubang

Owner Ken Bridge’s devoted Old World mother makes the rounds at this happening Heights pub (pro tip: order a flight of the infused soju), jollying customers and assuring the authenticity of the mandu and bibimbap.

Korea House

For $32.95 per person, diners are welcome to grill up as much marinated meat—24 types in total!—as they want, plus soup, kimchi pancakes, spicy rice cakes and dumplings.

Dak & Bop

Double-fried Korean chicken is the main draw, but the mac ‘n’ cheese (add bulgogi) and bao are disarmingly delicious, while the cocktails are simply disarming.

Korean Noodle House
