Benefit Watt’s Up! Cream Highlighter, $30 at Benefit
The ever-clever product from Benefit presents a highlighter that works as a soft-focus diffuser and can be applied over or under makeup. While most of the other products on this list are liquids or powders, this is a stick application, so keep that in mind when applying over makeup. The backside of the stick has a specially formulated blender to help work the highlighter into your skin—no fingers necessary.

Nars “Hot Sand” Illuminator, $30 at Nars
Nars has cornered the market when it comes to bronzing, and the signature illuminator comes in six colors. While “Orgasm” is Nars’ most name recognizable product, “Hot Sand” gets our vote. It gives skin just the right amount of perk and dazzle without overwhelming. This is a highly pigmented product, so apply sparingly.

RMS Beauty Living and Magic Luminizers, $38 each at RMS Beauty
People love these highlighters, and for good reason: The "Living" cult favorite offers a translucent, opal glow formulated for most skin tones and glides on without any greasy residue. The "Magic" is relatively new to RMS (it launched in 2016) and works much the same way as "Living," but offers a champagne undertone.

L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion Natural Glow Enhancer, $14.99 at Ulta
This product just hit the market and comes in four shades: fair, light, medium, and deep. Billed as an all-over face product, think of it as a very bare, tinted moisturizer that offers glow rather than coverage. When worn alone, under another product, or over concealer, this product gives a nice pearly sheen to the skin without any glitter effect. These shades run dark—and since there are only four, test them out before you buy.

e.l.f. Mineral Pearls, $8 at Target
These mineral pearls come in “skin balancing” and “natural” shades. Both give your skin a subtle glow, and the skin balancing option evens out skin tone. While both color selections come with their own applicator, we suggest swirling over the pearls with a brush and lightly dusting onto your face.
