Pair your Cabernet with the curry roasted cauliflower at the Tasting Room.

More often than not, half the fun of enjoying a fine wine comes from the dish you match it with. Whether it's a simple cheese board or a crisp flatbread pizza, few things compare to that perfect pairing. The Tasting Room invites guests to pair adventurously with its fresh, vegetarian additions to the winter menu. The new menu is a collaborative effort between the chefs at all three Tasting Room locations and features the most popular items from each.

While it's no surprise that pizza and wine go together like PB&J, it is not as much of a given that TTR's curry-roasted cauliflower pairs so dynamically with a crisp glass of sauvignon blanc. The colorful dish, served with carrots and Greek-yogurt-avocado tzatziki sauce, is earthy and aromatic. Opt for more decadence with the baked goat cheese plate (sans bacon), and enjoy a sizzling-hot bowl of baked goat cheese with cabernet-braised figs, walnuts, truffle and honey accompanied with grilled toast—a dish every bit as indulgent as it sounds.

The salad menu spotlights a brand-new roasted vegetable salad with seasonal herb-roasted veggies, baby carrots, red onion, arugula and lemon. The leafy green salad is a fantastic option for lunch or dinner and is best paired with a buttery chardonnay. For the hungriest of vegetarian diners, the portabella burger is a popular choice with its giant balsamic-marinated portabella patty covered in feta cheese and hummus.

It's an impressive range of seasonal veg-friendly selections, but TTR's focus remains on the wine. It's only natural, then, that happy hour is the best time to dig into discounts on both food and vino every day until 6 p.m.
